Na Pua o Koʻolau – Kūpuna Program

~ FOR SENIORS AGES 50 AND OVER ~


Na Pua o Koʻolau - kūpuna program that promotes socialization, culture, exercise, and access to healthy foods through a variety of events and activities.  

Registered participants partake in fellowship, education and recreation through weekly breakfasts, virtual and in person creative and fitness classes, off site excursions, presentations, and work days.  


Kūpuna Healthy Meals

  • FREE fresh & healthy breakfasts, lunches, snacks
  • Most Fridays of the month + additional options throughout the year


Creative Experience

  • FREE virtual art classes
  • Craft and skills workshops
  • Coffee Talks


Fitness 

  • FREE Zumba® classes
